Based in Piteå, northern Sweden, were he has been working with the highly acclaimed ensemble Neo, Nikolay Shugaev has embarked on an exciting journey as conductor. He is currently the chief conductor of the North Caucasus State Academic Orchestra ”V. Safonov”.
